GATHERED Worship

We hold Gathered Worship services face-to-face only.
(online via Zoom has ceased now).
We meet 9:30am at HORNSBY SOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOL,
57-63 Clarke Rd, HORNSBY.
(this is literally across the road from Clarke Rd School where we have been meeting for the last couple of years).

Due to updated NSW government requirements, you are now able to attend HPC in person regardless of your vaccination status.

All our onsite gatherings follow government and denominational guidelines and comply with our comprehensive COVIDSafe plan.

Hornsby Presbyterian Church is for anyone and everyone. You'll be warmly welcomed into a friendly and casual environment - we hope to meet you soon!

What to expect:

Our gathered worship services are the central time where we join together to respond to God’s love for us in Jesus. Our aspiration is for times of gathered worship that are God-honouring, Bible-based, Christ-centred and joy-filled.

Our goal is for gathered worship to be accessible to all: people of different ages (including children), ethnicities, people at different stages of knowing and exploring who Jesus is.

You'll be warmly welcomed into a friendly and casual environment, where there is no need to dress up fancy.

Our services include:

  • God-centred and heart-felt praise

  • Robust biblical preaching that engages the mind, touches the heart and transforms lives

  • Approaches to church that allow for children to be included and involved throughout the whole service

  • Regular enjoyment of the signs of God’s grace given by Jesus (the Lord’s Supper and baptism)

  • Corporate and personal prayer through which we experience relationship with God

When & Where do we Meet?

Location: HORNSBY SOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOL, 57-63 Clarke Rd, Hornsby.

Time: 9:30am. The service usually goes for about an hour. Please stay and join us for morning tea after the service.

Parking: There is parking both within the Hornsby South Public School, and on the street.

Bringing Kids: Wonderful! There is no separate program for children during the service, rather, we endeavour to cater for all ages during the service. We have plenty of children of all ages at HPC, and we don’t mind the giggles and cries that come along with them! Also, check out our Gospel Training for Kids.
